This Spinach and Artichoke Flat Bread Pizza is a great way to change up the usual dip. There is a tasty treat with a creamy spinach and artichoke topping and a crunchy flatbread crust. Great for a quick dinner or snack!
Ingredients: 1 flatbread crust. 1/2 cup spinach, chopped. 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. To make the spinach and artichoke dip, put mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. If you want some heat, add red pepper flakes. Cover the flatbread crust with the spinach and artichoke dip mixture. Spread the chopped artichoke hearts and spinach out evenly on top of the dip. Grate the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and sprinkle them on top of the pizza. Spread olive oil on the pizza to make the crust golden. Heat the oven and put it in. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a minute or two to cool down. If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish. Enjoy your tasty Spinach and Artichoke Flat Bread Pizza after you cut it up and serve it.
