I immediately started my day by drinking two glasses of water and a third glass of water with my fiber powder mixed in. The use of the fiber powder is to make me feel more full and it also helps with general wellness for the Digestive System. Within the now three glasses of water, I also like to have a glass of tea. Right now the only tea I have in my house that I enjoy is Lipton’s Green Tea with Passion fruit. I like it hot with two packets of stevia. I tried to stay away from the stevia this morning, because I know how bad it is for me. You can say honey and I do not have a good relationship. It is not sweet enough for this girl. I ended up downing the tea instead of enjoying it like i usually do haha. With all my drinks haha I also had cut steel quick one minute oats. I cooked them over the stove with a cup of milk and some cinnamon,. I needed to add two sugar packets because on its own, it was quite bland. To pair with the oats I had a small clementine. After all the water already in my stomach, I could not finish even half of the oats. I saved them for later as a snack and forced myself to finish the clementine instead of throwing it away. I ate some little by little throughout the day. Around 4:30 I found myself hungry again and decided to make some homemade tuna salad sandwhich. I finished the whole thing and also drank a glass of water with the fiber mix to keep myself full. around 8 my family sat down for dinner. They were having pizza and it was HARD not to eat it. but I knew it was all in my head. that I would regret it later or tomorrow morning. My already pre- feelings of regret were more than my cravings for the pizza.
My goals are to find better alternatives to the stevia sugar packets, for my oats AND tea. My goal is to also try not to eat past 8 anymore.
As far as exercise, I did not do any formalality. So my goal for TOMORROW is to at any point, go on my walk.
All in all I am proud of myself. There are still things to work on but I did a good job for Day 2. <3
P.S I need to get my new phone so I can start using my apple watch again.
