Watching Heated Rivalry. I feel like I’m intruding on something.

I’m not dead. I’ve been taking my art seriously. I’ve been struggling. I don’t know who I am. I don’t have an artistic voice. I feel this constant tug back and forth between creating “serious” realistic art like birds and landscapes and making art that’s fun and colorful.

I know no one can tell me what kind of artist I am. No one can tell me who I need to be. But it would be nice if, just for once, a puzzle piece would fall into place.

In other news I am using a different cotton based paper and I LOVE the way it reacts to the watercolors.
