Otherwise known as FLEEVER

!! My fuckass hg did the lineart and I colored these

A little reasoning below the break

A brief rundown as to why I like them a lot (apart from association due to my hg) is that I just really enjoy the dynamic.

Fleetway is a chaotic being that destroys things without care, and Silver is a time traveler that spends his time specially trying to prevent disaster.

Also in this case, Sonic likely isn't around (depending on what arc you place them in) to deal with this himself like he usually is, so they need another capable overpowered hedgehog to fill in that gap. It's an opposites attract type of thing.

Anyway, I might go more into depth soon, but I wanted to get the idea out there first 😛 The Fleever nation will rise

I'm also working on a fic on Ao3 for them!!! The first chapter should be around 10k words, and it'll probably be done soon! I'm open to any asks about them or fleetway/sonic in general as well, peace!

After doing a little roleplay with some friends on a somewhat dying discord server, both Fleetway and Silver started to bond and become more than friends which eventually lead to this. I bet y'all were expecting some sort of Sonally, Silvaze, or Sonamy post weren't ya?

It is valentines day so in honor I will gladly share some of the Fleever headcanons I have written down!!!

* Silver is taller than Sonic (hc) so part of reason Fleetway tends to be hovering around him more often than not is to be above him (he doesn't like the height difference)

* Silver is really interested in mundane databases like different flower species, constellations, seashells etc. He really enjoys being able to rant about his favorites or findings to Fleetway especially since he won't be given the typical "Yeah, did you not know that?" kind of reaction. They're both clueless

* Fleetway is obviously not welcome in many establishments and Silver, sweet as he is, claims he will not visit said places either (but sometimes fleetway can tell Silver does REALLY want to try something so he'll steal it for him behind his back)

* Fleetway has never really needed to eat before, but he does anyway when Silver wants to try things with him

* Fleetway absolutely ADORS Silver’s chest fluff, he really just can't help himself from grabbing it or running his claws through it

* Fleetway is well aware that his sparky aura tends to be in the way or shock Silver sometimes. He let's it happen on purpose, thinks its funny

* There was a point where (bc of fleetways eyes) Silver genuinely questioned weather or not he was being hypnotized into liking him and he briefly freaked out about it

* Fleetway isnt really familiar with the concept of kissing, all he knows is that getting up in Silvers face gets a reaction out of him and that's all he cares about

* Silver is TERRIBLE in cold weather and since Fleetway is basically a living star, Silver will sometimes try to get closer or cling to him on instinct without really being aware he's doing it

* When it comes to realizing they're in love, Fleetway is mostly content and indulges often meanwhile Silver goes through multiple stages of grief and denial and feels like a complete madman. So. You know. Pretty opposite reactions

* Fleetway doesnt understand relationships either so the two of them could literally be holding hands and cuddling, Silver will ask "what are we" to which fleetway is just "idk what you're talking about"

* Fleetway is a PDA monster with no social filter, which continuously proves to be an embarrassment ritual for Silver every time they're in public

* Fleetway when visiting will often move Silvers stuff around and misplace it, like tilting a frame out of center or putting his finger prints on glass (Silver says its annoying, and it is, but he tends to leave it that way instead when he misses him)

* Silver tends to dig his foot when hes nervous, fleetway tends to scratch behind his ears

* Silver tried introducing fleetway to various board games but they had to stop because fleetway kept eating the peices

* their house is just silvers house, silvers stuff, silvers stuff thats actually IN TACT, and a random hoard of objects in the corner supposedly fleetways stuff
