Finally time to have my first try with interval training. Flexibility stretching should be a fucking bitch to do before and after training, because that'll hurt the worst. The running won't be too bad. I could probably get past that soon enough. The stretching though... even though it'll eventually make my muscles feel a little looser and better, getting the blood flowing into them and everything, it'll hurt like hell before I get to that point.
Ugh. I can't wait until I do these training sessions for a few weeks and I'm in better shape. I love being sore, but not all the time.
