Tbh while I support 6hr days and 4 day work weeks, I'd be pretty happy working at a job with more hours SO LONG AS there was flexibility in days I could take off. Like the less hours should be the norm, but there should also be the option to take more hours but with flexible breaks for chronically ill people like myself who might worry about missing 1 out of their 4 work days in a week, but feel perfectly comfortable making up for missed time on the weekend.

Literally I just want flexibility. Can more workplaces PLEASE adopt not having such small sick day limits. I have like at least 5, several hour migraines a week and 2-3 doctors appointments a week for things like checking in on medication, getting blood tests, and planning or going to operations for my OTHER health issues, HOW can I be in an office when you want me to? I'll put in whatever hours I need to to get the stuff done, just at different times because during a bad migraine I literally cannot see and often fall unconscious and am in excruciating sometimes full body pain.

Please let flexible times or at least an increased number of sick days become a standard.
