M-V-P!

I’m going to be listing (ranking?) the MVPs for each team regardless of there League MVP potential.  Some teams have multiple players and I’ll be lucky to find at least 1 for some teams so lets go. 

20. Florida Mayhem

Hagopeun

Most consistent player on the roster.  The support back line for this team is pretty strong considering how bad the front line has been all season.  They have one of the worst Dva players in the league in my opinion.  

19. Washington Justice 

Corey

Not many good things to pull from this team but Corey has shown some strong flashes all season.  If anyone else could be mentioned it would be Ark.  Corey is easily the best player for the Justice this season. 

18. Houston Outlaws

Muma and Danteh 

Its hard to pick a player for this team considering how inconsistent the team and the players have been. Muma had strong flashes early in the season while Danteh struggled early on with his new team.  Could even argue Jake or Rawkus.  There all so evenly under performing to be honest. 

17.  Los Angeles Valiant 

Space and Kariv 

I’m not a big believer in Space but his talent can’t be denied.  He’s been playing strong all season.  Kariv hasn’t played for parts of the season so I didn’t want to include him but he is hard carrying lately.  Valiant could sneak into the season playoffs on a hot streak. 

16. Atlanta Reign 

Dafran

Pokpo and Massa

The most consistent parts of the Reign this season.  The glue that’s been holding this roster together in game.  Hopefully we get to see the power of Erster soon as DPS start to sneak back into the meta. 

15. Guangzhou Charge

Shu

With a better record we would easily be talking him as one of the best flex supports this season.  Each of the DPS have been popping off this season but Shu has been consistent and strong all season.  His front line needs to start performing better so he can shine.  

14. Boston Uprising

Fusions

This one is easy.  Was an MVP candidate till stage 3.  Right now he’s looking mortal but what he did the first 2 stages can’t be denied. One of the best Reinhardt players in the league. 

13. Paris Eternal 

Greyy and Nicogdh

Hard to judge such an under performing roster.  But Greyy and Nicogdh have been as consistent as possible.  Players like Danye, Finnsi, and Lhcloudy have been playing well at times thru out this poor season. 

12. Toronto Defiant

None

11. Chengdu Hunters

Ameng

1 trick.  Ball superstar.  Savior of the season.  We all know about his abilities on Hammond.  But the fact he played the other main tanks well is what gave Chengdu so many chances to win games.   Has been doing all he is capable of this season. 

Yveltal

Support god.  The mercy player challenging Neptuno.  This boy don’t care about no DPS players and is out gunning them down. 

Jinmu

Craziest DPS player.  He doesn’t do crazy flanks or overly aggressive pushes.  He just explodes at random during fights and finds huge amounts of value.  People question Chengdu in a pure DPS meta but I’m confident Jinmu would hold his own and than some. 

10. Dallas Fuel

None

OGE AKM

Consistent and strong.  This is honestly the strongest meta for a player like OGE but I feel like there must be an issue with coms for him not to be able to play well.  Either he isn’t comming strong or his team won’t let him.  AKM continues to have a strong season on a bad team.  Dallas has a lot of strong players not to mention Unkoe.  I can see why there fans are upset with them.  

9. Seoul Dynasty

Ryujehong

Well this one is stupid hard considering they play all 12 players.  They’ve all been playing well.  Marve1 has had a strong season also.  Both the lucio players have been consistent.  Wish they would of let some players become specialists and played a more solid group of players instead of 2 teams. 

8. Philadelphia Fusion

Carpe

Carpe at 50% power is still the best part of this team.  The longer this season has lasted the lower his play has gotten.  He tried to keep up his mentality in stage 1.  But you can tell he’s telegraphing his play in goats meta at this point. 

7. Shanghai Dragons

Gamsu

Everyone will want to talk about the DPS. And everyone will want to talk about the Supports.  But this team doesn’t have the record and the chance to make the playoffs it does without Gamsu.  He should be considered an MVP candicate after the Shock and Titan players. 

6. Hangzhou Spark

Guxue and IDK

IDK is one of the Lucio players that should be considered a real MVP candidate in my opinion.  Guxue has been strong and consistent since the middle of stage 1.  Could mention Adora but I feel like these 2 are the strongest part of this team so far this season.  

5. London Spitfire

Gesture and Fury 

Somehow still underrated in season 2.  Gesture if one of the best main tanks in OWL and possibly the best outside of goats.  Fury has been strong even on different roles this season.  I would be scared of these 2 late season as goats starts losing power.   

4. Los Angeles Gladiators

Hydration and Shaz and Biggoose 

Of all the DPS players the Gladiators could of showcased this season I did not expect it to be Hydration.  Has been strong inside and outside of goats.  The support back line has been strong and consistent as always. Its so easy to overlook them because they rarely make mistakes.  One of the best support duos in the league without a doubt. 

3. New York Excelsior 

Nenne

A lot of people would want to mention Jjonak and Meko.  But I would want to focus on the fact Nenne is the best player on this team RIGHT NOW.  Jjonak is Jjonak and Meko was a monster in parts of stage 1.  But Nenne is getting better every stage and been placed into a hyperbolic time chamber while being on the same team as all these world class DPS players.  As soon as he’s let off of Zarya you’re going to see the league’s strongest DPS player.  Watch out for stage 4 McCree meta. 

2. San Francisco Shock

Sinatraa and Moth and Super and Viol2t 

Crazy how each of these 4 players could win league MVP.   I think Sinatraa is blinding some people because he does that Sinatraa thing where he builds ults in 10 seconds.  And Super is the unmovable front line for this team.  But Moth is fucking crazy with his positioning how much he outperforms the opposing Lucio.  The power of the Shock is the support back line that out frags, builds ults faster, and just has better position than the opposing supports.  Viol2t is has been starting to hard frag since the end of stage 2.  

1. Vancouver Titans

Twilight and JJanu and Slime

All 3 are MVP candidates.  I really hope we don’t get stage 4 of DPS and have MVP voting for the entire season ruined by 7 games of what some popular player did.  Twilight is the top of the flex support players right now but he’s being followed hard by rest of the top players.  Slime and Moth are the 2 best Lucio players in the league without a doubt.   JJanu has been a super strong off tank player. Once Vancouver and San Francisco learn how to play off of goats and when to swap back to goats they won’t another game unless its against each other.  The kings won’t soon be dethroned.

Stage 2 Playoff Power Ranking

I didn’t want to do a power ranking before or after the Dallas Homestead because I thought that would be stupid.  Week 5 is over so now its time for the final stage 2 power rankings. 

20. Houston Outlaws

19. Florida Mayhem

Not as bad as Houston. 

18. Guangzhou Charge

Got 4-0′d first 4 matches.  Accidentally beat Atlanta and beat bottom team Houston.  A lot of people would rather put teams like Paris or Toronto here but just because a team under performs doesn’t mean there worse than the bottom teams. 

17.  Washington Justice

Slowly improving but not to the point of reaching the mid tier pack of teams. I would say more teams fell below them than they improved over. 

16. Paris Eternal

Only 2 wins came against bottom teams.  I don’t think there as bad as people think they are.   Hopefully a meta change unleashes them.  Soon has shown he’s still one of the best this season. 

15. Toronto Defiant

Season 2 is obviously becoming an arms race.  Teams like New York and San Francisco are already holding powerful pieces on the bench.  But teams like Toronto mite need to add a little firepower to stay competitive.  

14. Los Angeles Valiant

There reaching beyond there abilities right now.  Stage 3 will say a lot about the potential of the roster.  I’m worried they’ll pull a Mayhem (season 1 edition) and add unwanted outsiders when there finally starting to show improvement. 

13. Philadelphia Fusion

They have a lot of questions and not enough answers. They don’t seem to show much potential in a different meta.  A sudden growth from the front line is needed. 

12. Atlanta Reign 

2 of 3 wins were against New York (wtf).  Look really strong, have 2 good Dva players (wtf), and a lot of potential in the DPS department still.  

11. Boston Uprising

Blase should be considered one the best new DPS players this season right along DDing and Nenne.  I hate the management of this team but the players are really starting to bring it together. 

10. Seoul Dynasty

A team that can compete against the best.  Awkward situation where Fissure mite be a better option but you don’t want to ruin the established synergy with the current main tank.  This team has made huge improvements since last season. 

9. Chengdu Hunters

Didn’t quite hit the next evolution they needed to make playoffs.  YXL is a great new addition for the team.  Team looks to be really scary if the meta changes. 

8. Dallas Fuel

Won the games they needed to win.  Solid team like Seoul but only better because of schedule (Home games are nice). 

7. Los Angeles Gladiators 

One of the easier schedules this stage and really haven’t been challenged since week 1.  Maybe there good and I’m underrating them or maybe I’m overrating the next few teams. 

6. Shanghai Dragons

Gamsu is a god and DDing is his weapon of choice. 

5. Hangzhou Spark 

Solid stage and showed strong improvements.  Easily dangerous in a different meta and have a strong front line for this meta. Not sold on Bebe as Zen but his Ana is amazing. IDK carries. 

4. London Spitfire

Thunder echoes in the distance.  Smoke can be seen coming from behind the hill.  The chants grow louder.  The whispers of old can be heard more and more each day. 

3. New York Excelsior

Good thing Atlanta didn’t make the playoffs or they mite have to worry. Good but not better than San Francisco or Vancouver. 

2. San Francisco Shock

You thought I was going to make them number 1.  Super’s Winston is babo and Vancouver still does whatever they want. 

1. Vancouver Titans

I’ll start ranking them lower when they start losing games.

Shock 4-0 Dragons in goats fashion.

Vancouver 4-0 Dallas in goats fashion

London Spitfire vs Hangzhou Spark

Spark accidentally win 3-2 when London forgets they have to actually contest and fight to win. 

New York Excelsior vs Los Angeles Gladiators

New York wins 3-1 by reminding the Gladiators who they are. 

2nd Round

San Francisco Shock vs Hangzhou Spark

San Francisco 4-0 against Spark and still doesn’t drop a map. 

Vancouver Titans vs New York Excelsior

Vancouver starts to look Mortal but wins 3-1. 

Finals 

San Francisco Shock vs Vancouver Titans

Titans take map 1 ruining the Shock’s perfect map record in stage 2.  Shock bounce back and win 4-3.

The Lack of a Specialist

The Smallest Rosters are the Florida Mayhem with 7 and the Toronto Defiant with 8.  Most teams have around 10 players per roster. But why do so many teams lack skilled specialists?  As if every team needs a backup Lucio or Main Tank. With what could be used to find Sniper, Projectile, or even Off-Meta Specialists is instead being used to just bring in doubles of roles that don’t need to be filled.  

Were almost halfway thru the season and spent 2 stages already on goats.  Yet players like Kaiser stayed unsigned the entire time.  If we move to a double sniper meta how long will players like KSP and Asking stay unsigned???  I know I harped on teams having backup main tanks for no reason but at least Philly and Seoul have different styles of backup main tanks.  While teams like Mayhem don’t even have serviceable main tanks.   

I think good examples of teams properly using rosters to fill backups is the Atlanta Reign with Gator.  Gator could easily be swapped in for Pokpo if the Reign wanted to change up there style.  

While teams could benefit from having Mangachu or Hafficool as an Offtank/DPS off the bench.  In a way Rck should be used for Boston instead of starting him all the time.  In the way Houston should be using Spree off the bench vs starting Coolmatt.  20 teams in the league and if you’re at the bottom still trying to win by playing a consistent 6 you have a problem.  Especially if you have a deep roster like the Charge. 

Personally I think Chengdu has only touched the tip of what a DPS reliant lineup could do.  Having an extremely flexible Dva/DPS player could finally unlock the true power of DPS comps in OWL.  

Its time to bring in Mangachu.  Its time to stock up your bench with the next big sniper.  Its time to bring in a pace changer.  Its time to start trying to win games.

Somebody needs to make these OWL coaches accept change and move forward.

Week 4 Power Rankings (now with crystal ball)

I don’t even know.  Can I just rank the top 2 teams and let you fill in the rest? 

20. Washington Justice

Don’t get it twisted.  The Washington Justice will also go 0-7 in stage 1. 

19. Los Angeles Valiant

You know, the teams start to look a lot better starting here.  Mayhem are playing good overwatch but can’t seem to finish maps and fights. 

17. Paris Eternal

They looked really good, than kind of ok.  There schedule got ramped up to hard mode and they aren’t looking too good. 

16. London Spitfire

We know they do it because they love the come back.  They already flashed what they could do with more DPS heroes being played (that Profit hanzo flank was huge).  But right now they are just playing horrible. 

15. Houston Outlaws

I remember last season when they would play down to there competition.  Outlaws play with some inner fear that they can’t seem to overcome.  They play scared. There just scared of everyone.  

14. Hangzhou Spark

They fell fast from the beginning of the season.  Every team grew super fast in the first 3 weeks and they couldn’t keep up.  It only shows how strong of a team they are.  Hopefully they catch a meta there more comfortable on later in the season. 

13. Chengdu Hunters

We’ve seem there upper level of play (without a complete roster).  They have a chance to win against any team in the league (even New York).  But they also have a chance to lose against any team (even the Valiant).  They live and die by there ability to survive and play around there Hammond. 

12. Los Angeles Gladiators

One of my favorites (currently) to be in the grand finals to face NYXL.  Very very very talented roster.   Can’t seem to bring it together in goats meta and that’s ok. 

11. Guangzhou Charge

Still kind of a mystery. There schedule hasn’t been that hard. If they didn’t have to play Vancouver twice this stage they would of been a lock for stage 1 playoffs. 

10. Shanghai Dragons

I’m on the Gamsu hype train.  DDing and Diem are dominate DPS players. They mite be the team most prepared for goats to die.  Supports are extremely underrated so far this season. 

9. Seoul Dynasty

Added a small handful of new players.  Adjusted the starting roster.  Already look like a new team.  Could be dangerous if they sneak into the stage 1 playoffs.

8. Philadelphia Fusion

Strong team but weak at this meta.  Hasn’t stopped them from already claiming 4 wins.  They mite not be good at goats but they are good at working together. 

7. Dallas Fuel

Slightly better than Philly because they have the coaching staff that could spring out a whole new team comp and swing a playoff series in the stage 1 playoffs.  Could steal a map off of a top team or beat any lower level team.

6. Boston Uprising

Should have a better record if it wasn’t for the 2 way contract debacle.  Or the suspensions to start the season.  I hate Boston but Fusions is a god tier main tank shot caller.  

5. Atlanta Reign

Starting to look weak.  The tougher the games, the more losses they take, the weaker Dafran starts to get. Hopefully he can hold out for the break between the stages. Would almost be worth it to bench him during stage 1 playoffs just to give him more off time. 

4. San Francisco Shock

A team built for DPS meta and dominating in goats.  They aren’t beating the top 2 teams yet but they are standing tall in those losses.   Great coaching so far this season. 

3. Toronto Defiant

What the fuck.  Honestly, how did they show up this strong AND with the Neko suspension.  Bishop is a miracle worker and the Defiant are really showing out.  We really don’t know how they’ll handle a DPS meta or a meta without 1 dominate team comp.  But for right now they are dangerous and winning games. 

2. Vancouver Titans

Chengdu threw them for a loop but still the 2nd best team easily.  If anything the league should be scared of what they learned against Chengdu.  If they wanted, they could easily run out with Hammond and DPS in the playoffs.  

1. New York Excelsior 

They don’t even have to play any games and there still rank 1.  Watch out for rank decay as people start to rank Vancouver higher in the coming weeks for no reason.

Week 2 Power Ranking

Week 2 games are over and its time to do a  quick rank 20 teams based off of what I just finished watching 10 minutes ago.  What could possibly go wrong. 

20. Washington Justice

Prove me wrong. 

19. Florida Mayhem 

Still look lost.  Don’t know how they have 1 win. Must of been an accident.

18. Boston Uprising

I’m going be down on Boston all of Stage 1 regardless of what they do.  I’m to rank them near Washington if they can’t fix the Fusions situation soon. 

17. Houston Outlaws

They look like they figured out goats than they lost it  Danteh is great but often looks a little late on rotations.  I still believe but I don’t think they get any better with a meta change. 

16. Los Angeles Valiant

Extremely hard schedule.  But at some point they need to show up and show they have what it takes to play in season 2. 

15. Shanghai Dragons

They seem to be teetering on low tier or mid tier.  And mid tier is like 12-15 teams in the league right now.  Gamsu could be the season changer they needed.

14. Guangzhou Charge

They still look really good. Have a lot to work on and improve.  They seem to be climbing up slowly and not declining at all.

13. Dallas Fuel

They look like Houston with a more friendly schedule at times.  But they’ve been showing serious improvement every week.  Hard to gauge there true power level. 

12. Philadelphia Fusion

Yeah, they lost to Dallas pretty bad.  But they’ve had some player illness and contract issues.   If they can calm there roster situation down they should power back up to how they started the season. 

11. London Spitfire

Sometimes they look like a bottom 5 team and sometimes they look like a top 5 team.  If they make stage 1 playoffs they’ll be dangerous.  Will easily rise to the top as the season progresses. 

10. Toronto Defiant

I don’t trust them at all but maybe there staff is doing more for the roster than i can see.  There winning games they shouldn’t and without Neko.  They could power up with Neko coming back and could stand to make a mid season signing at some point during the season. 

9. Seoul Dynasty

Beat some ok teams and lost to Dallas.  Don’t look that strong. 

8. Chengdu Hunters

1 trick ball in a goats meta.  Best team to watch play every week.  They don’t even have all there players in LA yet.  Could be the dark horse all season long.

7. Los Angeles Gladiators

Look really good and seem to still be developing as a team.  Could still win stage 1.

6. San Francisco Shock

Lost hard to Vancouver but still looked really good.  Coaching stuff is getting a lot out of its talent right now.  

5. Hangzhou Spark

Took some tough losses this week but still look better that the majority of teams in the league.  They’ll smooth out the mistakes in the coming week and don’t be surprised if they win there next 3 games in a row. 

4. Atlanta Reign

Could easily be ranked higher if all the teams above them weren’t this great.  Only problem going forward is Dafran’s mental state.  He’s trying his hardest for his team and is already showcasing a high level of skill on Zarya in goats.  If he can keep his head above water he mite become the scariest player in a DPS-centric meta. 

3. Paris Eternal

Very very very strong right now.  Can clash there goats comp into any counter comp wall a team builds in front of them.  Will be scary in a DPS meta and are scary in a goats meta.  Strong enough team that they can take it to the last fight on map 5 to decide against anyone in the league.  

2. Vancouver Titans

Not even the best goats version of Runaway.  Its almost like they practiced against Contenders Runaway.  Bumper, Twilight, Seominsoo, and Slime are really showing out in stage 1. 

1. New York Excelsior

Still the best team in the league.  A roster full of the best talent.  Should roll to a stage 1 championship. The kings desire a crown so the league better watch out.

I still stand by it even though its already been broken a little.  Players like Fits and Surefour have really surprised me so far.  Also Hangzhou benching Godsb for Anubis was a real thonker. 

I’m going to list my all stars and award winners etc. 

Hawelka Award:

Gamsu

I love Custa and Note but no one did more for a team mentally and personally than Gamsu this season.  Really turned Shanghai into a positive environment with his professional attitude alone. 

Rookie of the Year:

Nenne

Not really sure how this award works but dude was pretty nutty all season.  Also liked Ameng and Jinmu.  

Best player on a non-playoff team:

Kariv

Can’t believe the Valiant missed the playoffs by losing 2 straight home games. Feels bad dude. 

All Stars:

Hit Scan DPS:

Diem: Best hit scan performance imo during Stage 3.   His team actually won games because he performed well. 

Runner Ups: Happy, Nenne, and Surefour

Projectile DPS:

Jinmu: The nuttiest nutter in OWL this season.  Why would I pick anyone else?

Runner Ups: Hydration, DDing, Haksal 

Flex DPS:  

Erster:  I picked this off of people who played both roles well and not just played both roles.  He showed out on a variety of styles of DPS this season. 

Runner Ups: Rascal, Profit, Fleta

Main Tank:

Mano: How are Mano (and Gesture) never in MVP talk.

Runner Ups: Gesture, Ameng, Marve1

Off Tank: 

Choihyobin: Easily the best Off Tank if not the best player this season. 

Runner Ups: Jjanu, Meko (would of been an MVP candidate if NYXL kept him as a super flex early in the season),  Michelle

Flex Support:

Twilight:  Played slightly better than Jjonak.  I almost wonder how well Jjonak would of played this season if NYXL didn’t struggle so hard with the meta. 

Runner Ups: Jjonak, Shu, Viol2t

Main Support:

Moth and Slime: These two should of been MVP candidates.  I have no idea why they didn’t nominate at least one of them .  Easily the two best Lucio players in the world currently. 

Runner Ups:  IDK, Tobi, Yveltal

I’m trying to stay way from the idiotic MVP choices the OWL gave us this season.  No offense to Sinatraa I just don’t think he fit my characteristic of role all star.  He wasn’t really a strong hit scan player or a strong projectile player.  He just existed and played some of the greatest overwatch in the league.  

MVP:

Choihyobin:  Dude has been strong all 4 stages thru out each meta.  Had a super strong stag 4 post goats.  Best off tank in the league. 

2nd Place:

Sinatraa:  Both are very close for MVP imo. I just think Choihyobin did more for the Shock.  

3rd Place: 

Moth and Slime: WHY THE FUCK WEREN’T THEY NOMINATED FOR MVP?!?!??!  They were miles ahead of every other Lucio player in the league. They set up so many DVa bombs during goats, stopped so many ults,  did amazing positioning and positioning denial all season.  A class all on there own. 

Honorable mention:  Twilight, Meko, JJanu, Viol2t, Jjonak

Week 4 Stage 2 Power Rankings

20. Washington Justice

We meet again.  They traded for Sleepy and are showing a lot of improvement.  But just because the worst team improves doesn’t mean there at all better than other teams. 

19.  Florida Mayhem

They need to make huge mid season transactions to even field a decent team for the rest of the season.  I don’t believe in there current tank line at all.  DPS players are kind of ok this meta and could be a lot better in a different meta.  Supports look really strong though. 

18. Los Angeles Valiant 

2 wins this stage but I’m pretty sure they were by accident.  Could easily lose there next 10 games this season. 

17. Guangzhou Charge

They suddenly just got really bad this meta.  Don’t understand how they beat the Reign to be honest. 

16. Houston Outlaws

The Fuck is wrong with you. 

15. Toronto Defiant

They seem to be bottoming out really bad right now. Got bad real fast out of nowhere.  Hopefully they can bounce back in stage 3.  Maybe the players are having fatigue issues. 

14. Hangzhou Spark

Haven’t really bounced back from there stage 1 start. I don’t have a lot of faith in there flex support Bebe.  Coaching staff need to look at themselves in mirror and make a lineup decision soon. 

13. Atlanta Reign

Beat New York and lost to the Charge.  Babybay did look really good on Kings Row against the Charge though. Still think they need to focus more around Erster.  Having Daco back in the lineup seems to be helping a lot. 

12. Paris Eternal

Still don’t look that good and they have to play in the Dallas Homestead weekend. 

11.  Boston Uprsing

They started really strong and for some reason are forcing bad team comps and losing games.  

10. Philadelphia Fusion 

They somehow have not gotten any better at goats this season.  Carpe is still a god when it comes to bubbling shatters though.  

9. Dallas Fuel

If they don’t come out 4-2 after there Homestead I’ll be disappointed.  They got players ready to play.  Well except the DPS payers, they going thru some shit right now. 

8. Seoul Dynasty

Secretly right below the top teams so far this season.  Super dangerous in a playoff format.  Can beat anyone any given day. 

7. Chengdu Hunters

I think this is just the pace of how they approach each stage. There about to peak right out of a valley.  Hopefully they sneak into stage playoffs. 

6. Shanghai Dragons

Mite be better at DPS comps than Chengdu this stage.  Very strong right now. 

5. Los Angeles Gladiators

Super overrated right now.  But play just good enough to be ahead of the mid pack of teams. 

4. New York Excelsior 

I wanted to rank them lower but there aren’t any better teams right now.  Seemingly existing purely off of talent right now.  

3. London Spitfire

Very high on them right now but they won’t face a real challenge till stage 2 playoffs.  Look better than Gladiators in my opinion.

2. San Francisco Shock

Could honestly be a 4 team at the end of the season.  Titans, Shock, NYXL, and a 4th mystery team.  Closest team to Titans right now. 

1. Vancouver Titans

Dallas Homestead Predictions

I’ll try and make this a weekly thing.  But I’ll limit it to around 5 important games a week.  But since its the homestead I thought I would just do the 2 days worth of games. 

Saturday 

London vs Paris

London wins 4-0 over a struggling Paris team. 

Hangzhou vs Chengdu

Chengdu wins 3-1 and thrives on the crowd and environment. 

Houston vs Seoul

Seoul wins 4-0 and Houston continues to struggle.  Each map will look close for some reason. 

Los Angeles B Team vs Dallas 

Dallas wins at home 4-0 ez clap. 

Sunday

Hangzhou vs Paris 

Paris wins 3-2 by accident.  Game has a lot of hype but its just bad overwatch. 

Chengdu vs London

Exciting match but London wins 3-1.  

Seoul vs Los Angeles B Team

Seoul walks all over the Valiant in record setting fashion. 

Dallas vs Houston

Houston decides to try and win for the first time since stage 1 of season 1.  Dallas wins 3-2.  Muma and OGE play out of there minds. 

Stage 1 had a huge mid pack of teams in the standings.  As stage 2 concludes and heading into stage 3 will start to see the top teams to separate from everyone else.  The bottom teams will start to grow and what’s left of the mid pack will fight over scraps to keep a good record.  If you’re a bottom teams and you haven’t already added an influx of talent your season is over.  Some of the mid pack teams have unused talent on the bench and a change of meta could get them a boost for a playoff run.  Season 2 seems to be a 4 team race.

Sadly a sudden patch change going from stage 4 to season 2 playoffs mite ruin the playoffs (again).
