(Hawks + Tokoyami) How much of a bird is his little intern?

Hawks watches as Fumikage and Dark Shadow try again and again to fly.

Failing pathetically. Not that his cute little intern is pathetic,

but the way he goes about trying to fly is sad. Hawks remembers his

first tries at flying but he doesn’t remember failing this

pathetically.

Well

his handlers one day decided to threw him out of a window to see if

he would fly under the pressure of falling to his death. And he did

but that is not exactly a method he would try on his adorable little

intern.

Fumikage

is a good intern. And than there is Eraserhead who would shurely

murder him if he found out Hawks had thrown the first year from the

roof of his agency. Not to mention what his interns blond significant

other would do. Hawks hadn’t known Aoyama Yuga could be this

threatening. On the other hand the child is interning with Lueur so

they probably pack a hard punch.

So

he has to find another way to help Fumikage learn to fly. Standing up

he spreads his wings. Crimson feathers catching the light of the

dying sun. The soft ruffling of feathers in the wind. Catching

Fumikages and Dark Shadows attention. Motioning for the little chick

to come over.

Taking

the young ones hand he smiles reassuring at him. A soft smile unlike

his poster boy grin. Something reserved for the people close to him

and little children. „Let’s go flying, Fumikage, Dark Shadow“,

laughing he takes the boy in his arms and jumps from the roof.

Laughing they dive towards the ground. Spreading his wings and

catching the wind he gives the two a feeling for the air currents.

I’m preparing things for flight school and it is NOT easy, shits nerve racking but this is what I want to do (all my friends are uni students and 😔 their tuition is more expensive, would not want that £30,000 tuition.)

My mother’s organising a pre-lesson flight for me (the flight school offers it) and what’s included is so good

-briefing (you pick the flight path)

-pre flight checks

-actual flight (30 min/1 hr, it also says the person can control the helicopter for a bit with supervision from the instructor)

-post flight debrief

-free food and drink
