Our 24th subclass for Dungeons and Dragons is here, the Floramancy Wizard!
Some call the act of Floramancy an occult seizure and manipulation of the laws of the natural world. Yet, to the Floramancer Wizard, nature is a science to be understood and respected like any other school of magic. And like any other science, it can be utilized, manipulated, and used to either improve or destroy.
If you're an Adventurer or higher Patron, you can find the Floramancy Wizard subclass in our Player Options Collection or the subclass folder linked in the Master List Post, along with 23 other DnD subclasses and 3 species.
For our Free patrons and anyone new, remember we also release content in our Free Collection, which as of this post includes 7 of our subclasses, the most recent being our Sky Knight Fighter, but also has our Oneiraxi species, the Coppertop Traveling Circus, and more.
Floramancy Magic is a Wizard subclass designed for Dungeons & Dragons 5.5e. Here's a preview of the features you can find with the Floramancy Wizard:
Floramancy Spells. A few extra spells to give the Floramancy Wizard the feeling of control over plant-life as they dip their
Master Botanist. A Floramancy Wizard's understanding of Herbablism and the arcane allows them to create the materials needed to make a single potion a day.
Arboreal Protection. When you understand the inner-workings of life and the building blocks of the universe, you can create something as simple as a tree in an instant, and then use it for so much more.
Nature's Resilience. All things in nature are connected, and Floramancy Wizards have developed a new way to traverse them quickly in short distances.
Empower Infusion. It takes power and magic to create instant flora, and the Floramancy Wizard can cannibalize the product of their arboreal manipulation to regain that magic.
Ecological Intellect. You tap into the intelligent design of nature, allowing you to hold some spells for longer even as you cast another.
As a Floramancy Wizard, how will you wield the power of nature? Should it be protected and revered as the Druids have done since time immemorial or is it just another resource to be used to achieve your own machinations?
