Türkiye is extremely rich in vascular plants, and I really want to return there someday. My last trip there was full of beautiful memories; one of my favourites is this Kurdish boy took me to see the beautiful Iris iberica outside his village
Flora of Turkey: Tchihatchewia isatidea. A short-lived Brassicaceae plant found on screes and eroded banks that produces numerous fragrant flowers but usually dies after blooming.

Some Araceae plants I came across in eastern Anatolia, not familiar with this family, are they Arum species?
I don't know what these plants are, but I love how they emerge from the ground soon after the snow melts. Munzur Valley National Park, Tunceli Province Turkey.
Ranunculus kochii, NE Turkey, nearly 3000m. A small alpine plant occurs in the high mountains of Turkey, Iraq, and Iran.
Isatis sp. blooming in a distance on eastern Anatolian Plateau. I can't tell which species it is, unfortunately. But I learnt species in this genus used to be the source of indigo dye in Europe.
