Sweet Creek Trailhead; Florence, Or. First full day of hiking... is a little ridiculous such wild primordial beauty is just a few minutes outside of town. Sweet Creek Trailhead is an easy, well-maintained trail whose entire length runs along a pristine river, punctuated by mighty waterfalls. On par with anything you might see in any of the national parks. Having a wonderful time. Will update when i can.
