This house in Miami, Florida takes the cake for theme rooms. And, it’s already under contract for $1M.
That ceiling! And, the wrinkly wall. I wonder if the fireplace is original- the house was built in 1934.
The kitchen’s pretty nice.
I’m gonna guess that The Room of a Thousand Veils is the master. All the bedrooms have en suites.
The Leopard Room. They really like plush big cats. (At least get a few ceramic ones.)

The Floridian - A Luxury Starter or a Terrific Retirement Home
This is one of my first house uploads on MTS - from May 2011! I have updated this property a bit... fixed a few little things - there will be no more stompies in the bathroom. :) Got rid of most ALL of the CC - there is still 1 piece of CC, and 2 of it's recolors included in the new package. And, I’ve repackaged this house from my UC/Win 10 machine.
If you click through to MTS - the first few pictures show the "New" version of the house. The old one is still available if anyone wants it and all of it's CC *sigh* For the record - I think this is a really cute little house! I'm proud to have created it almost 10 years ago (originally posted May 7, 2011)

I’m sorry those kids are having to go through ANY of this. I hope it’s them in Florida’s House making the decisions in a few years.
