hot take but having "hate club" groups is inherently harmful to fictives and fictionkins. not liking a character doesn't affect the concept of the character itself but it sure does affect my mental health to see gore of myself on my dash because someone has a different opinion about me!

okay but seriously though uh. this kintype didn't even hit me like anything it just..

rooted and sprouted and bloomed subtly and suddenly i was slooooowly getting more flower and less peach.

it took me a moment to accept but not really because? i also? feel the natural and instinctive need to? act like me? it just caught on so fast

funnily enough though I'm not a big fan of my canon design.. my drawn renders are too human (ironically) and my sprite is a little bugly (and to my mild horror it seems many fans prefer my fucked up hairline)

so... it was drawings of flowey flowery that really planted the KinSeed™ inside me. like with the red and green eyes and black markings and clawed plant hands. and also just more flowery flowerys too with leaf ears and little sprouts. I'm a really big fan of those (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)~🌼 ← just made that emote up on the spot it brings me lots of flower joy

anyway i didn't send in asks for a while because 1. i had assignments (still do) and 2. i didnt really know what to say. but ive kinda figured out a little of it so ill add in a little more before i go

i think it's really funny that the most recent kintypes I've been getting this year are all somewhat plant based.. Simon (would have been a tree if not for my fishy canon divergence), Momotaros (The Peach Oni), and Flowery (The Flower Man) . why so flora...
