Love Your Youth And oh i do. I may have an old soul - as i've been told. I don't like the idea of certain things as much as i'm "supposed to" but truthfully i just think that's cause we're all build differently. I love spending my youth doing things i really love, improving my body, improving my mind and here and there my experiences. I believe regardless of your age, if you have a healthy and youthful mind, you'll have a good life. And that's what enjoying your youth is. Not enjoying being physically young, enjoying having a carefree heart and mind. Doing things cause it's fun and cause you can! So my 20's are spent like this right now so that i can remember what it's like to truly enjoy what i'm doing. So when i'm 40 or 50 or 70 or 90 i don't forget to keep myself healthy in my body and mind, to always love myself and what's around me. Love Your Growth Today's flow really tested my abilities. I'm no inversion expert and even my headstands have bad days. Still it let me see how far i'll really come. I rarely get these asanas together in a flow but there's a first for everything isn't there. We enjoy learning and growing and i'm happy to see my firefly is holding for longer!
