I just can't believe that normally rational people are supporting the Flutruxklan in their insurrection of our capital city.
This was organized by known white nationalists... You can find the info online very easily.
This isn't about freedom, not for me, not for anyone with disabilities, mental health issues, immunocompromised individuals, our elderly and children, for healthcare workers and definitely not for the people in Ottawa.
The same people who thought the protests against mask mandates and vaccines were ridiculous, are now suddenly on board with this occupation of our nation's capital.
Whether you think you are fighting for freedom or not, you do not speak for the majority of us. I truly wish you'd research exactly who a lot of these people you are fighting along side are. When has it been okay to walk along side even just a few Nazi's?
Also need to mention the blatant appropriation of our indigenous friends. Making a mockery of drum circles and sacred ceremonies. Defacing monuments, harassing people for wearing masks, incessant noise causing anxiety and fear for residents and not allowing people and businesses to live their lives, assaulting a homeless shelter for food... These are the people you are standing with.
