Barry is more than happy when he finally realizes that the small tattoo (of I have no idea what) he has on his body means that Victor is his soulmate

When he asks Victor about soulmates in general, Victor only says that he doesn’t believe in that, there are more important things than this and he doesn’t remember his tattoo anyway (because most of his body is either gone or hidden under the armour

Barry doesn’t bring the topic anymore, he tries his best to cover his mark from Victor’s eyes and is just trying to be his friend at least

Little does he know that Victor remembers and after he met him can’t get out of his mind the memory of small lighting on his skin. He just decides this way it’s going to be better for the speedster to give up on him and find someone who will be able to give him happiness
