like I know Arthur, Mads, Isaac and prolly the player + sometimes Evi and maybe Charles will be caught up in the admin and paper work aspects but what abt the others… 💔 do they just sit around and wait for another death, or if they have tasks to do that isn’t personal matters what will the even be doing ?? viola, Richard, rose, Diego are the main characters that I have this question bc like bro your main take aboard the ship is always murder related what do you do whenever you don’t got shit to analyse 💔💔
I can get the other season’s teams having a plausible idea of what they do during work hours since they’re either on work full time or they’re part of a larger unit/ department and will have menial tasks to do but the Flying Sqaud is a specialized sector I don’t think they have ‘menial’ stuff to do and I’m pretty sure Arthur ain’t stupid enough to be giving paychecks to his team if they aren’t doing SPMETHING work related during work hours if you get what I mean

Well, Dick, Viola, Rose and Diego would still have paperwork to do, like writing reports of their analyses and stuff. While they probably don't have as much paperwork as some of the others, I can still see them having at least some to do. Plus, Dick and Viola probably have to keep their labs stocked and organized, so that gives them some extra tasks to fill their time. I can see Rose doing regular maintenance and cleaning of the weapons/supplies in the armoury, but as for Diego... I don't know what he would do for work outside of a murder investigation. Maybe analyze stuff for smaller investigations for the police?
But they probably find something to keep themselves busy, to keep their jobs, and get funding for their team! Because just as there's no way Arthur would pay them for not working, I don't see Concordia funding the Squad if their money isn't being put to good use!
