Titanic AU part 1

I would firstly like to apologize to the person who asked me for this au. I think it’s the perfect au for Weiss and Flynt but unfortunately I’m not as artistic as I would like to be so I couldn’t draw the scenes but I’m still trying. So instead I wrote something. I’ve broken it up into parts so if anyone is interested I could post the rest later. I’ve never did anything with an au before and I don’t really know how to go about it so once again sorry if I blotched on this ask but here you are. Also I have yet to see vol 4 nor have I ever seen titanic. Weiss stepped on the boat and looked around. It was an impressive boat, but she’s seen better. To her left stood her father, papa schnee, to the right, her fiancé Neptune. Papa Schnee was a wealthy business man who rarely had time for his family. Neptune was of a prominent family which was one,if not the only reason, Weiss was marring him. They did not see eye to eye as Weiss was fond of the artistic and loved to sing. Neptune however believed it to be A waste of time. He believed there was no money in arts and therefore declared it was a useless practice only good to be a hobby. Despite their differences her father believed this union would be good for his family and arranged the marriage. As they walked around the deck Weiss grew more and more upset. She saw the same type of people everywhere she went. Rich men who cared for little other than money. Women who loved the jewels and wealth their husbands gave them in lue of real love and attention. Weiss was tired of her repetitive lifestyle. One night she decided she had enough and went out to the deck and stared into the black water. She climbed over the railing And took a deep breathe, but as She prepared to jump she was suddenly pulled back towards the railing. Weiss quickly turned to confront whoever interrupted her but froze as she came face to face with a beautiful stranger. The man smiled , “It’s a little too cold to be going for a swim at this time of night. Don’t you think so?” Weiss quickly regained her composure as she observed the man. He was clearly of a lower class based on his clothing and she was embarrassed to be caught off guard by him. “Maybe I like the cold” she said. “I don’t think it’s any of your business.” “You’re right,” he agreed, “but I think there’s plenty of ways you can enjoy the cold that are better than this.” He backed away to give her room to climb up when the boat rocked causing her to slip. Weiss screamed but the man was quick to pull her back onto the deck. The two had landed in an awkward position and before they could collect themselves they heard a voice across the deck. “Get away from her you filth.” Neptune made his way to Weiss and grabbed the man by his arm. “ I should have you arrested. How dare you try to–” “ENOUGH” Weiss stepped in between the men. “He was simply helping me after I almost fell overboard while looking at the water.” A look of relief came over neptunes face. “Well if that’s what happened then please take this reward for your trouble, 20$ should be enough yea?” “Its good to know what my life is worth to you,” Weiss said at the mention of money. Neptune put the money he was getting back into his pocket, “how rude of me. How would you like to join us for dinner tomorrow night as thanks? Would that be fine with you Weiss?” Weiss turned to the man and smiled “that would be lovely. Wouldn’t you agree mr-” Weiss stop-“ I’m sorry. I don’t believe I ever got your name.” The man smiled “my name is Flynt. Flynt coal. And I would love to join you all for dinner.” Neptune nodded and started to make his leave. “Great. We’ll see you tommorow evening. Come Weiss, let’s go back to the room, it’s late.” Flynt reached his hand out to Weiss. “It was nice to meet you ms-” he stopped short- “ now I’m the embarrassed one. I never got your name.” Weiss reached out and shook flynt’s hand. “Weiss. Weiss schnee. And it was nice to meet you too. They both smiled and then parted ways. Upon getting back to her room Neptune gifted Weiss with a extremely extravagant diamond necklace but Weiss could only think how pale these diamond were in comparison to Flynts smile.

Instead of catching up with the show

i had an idea for an au. This is 642 words. Flynt goes down the wrong path. The setting is the city of Vale.

Flynt looked on the empty streets from the corner he stood at. No one was out as it was late. It was times like these that Flynt would always find his mind wondering. As Flynt thought aimlessly about his past his scroll received a message, bringing him back to reality. “Shop” was all the message said from someone saved as “R”. Flynt sighed and returned his scroll to his pocket as he made his way through the town. He soon arrived to the shop “From Dust to Dawn” just in time to see Roman Torchwicks men lying defeated on the ground and a girl in red opposing Roman. “Flynt. Just in time,handle red here while I get the dust.” Roman retracted his weapon as he ran back into the shop. The girl turned around and Flynt smiled. “Hiya little red.” He raised his trumpet and blew, the soundwaves caught her off guard and she was thrown against the wall. “Where did you come from?” She said as she quickly recovered and charged him, moving side to side while shooting at him. Flynt ran but was hit in back cause him to fall over. She closed in on him and as she raised her weapon a shot comes from behind knocking her over. “Really flynt, do I have to do everything?” Roman was standing at the shops door gun still pointing at the girl. “Let’s go! I just got word that someone else is nearby” Roman motioned for Flynt to hurry. “I had it covered” flynt said as he ran alongside Roman, revealing a shiny blue section on his trumpet. “I had just put in the blue dust. Would’ve frozen her right before impact.” Roman laughed. “You’re crazy kid. That’s calling it a bit too close don’t you think?” They both suddenly stopped as a blast of wind came down on them from above. It was their ride out of town. The bay doors to the ship opened as someone inside motioned them to come up. At that moment a purple blast came from the shops direction. They both looked back to see a woman helping up the girl, before she used her wand to shoot at them again. The distance gave them time to dodge but she was starting to close that distance. “Shit.” Roman reached in the case of dust and gave Flynt two green canisters. “Two should do right? I’ll distract the huntress, you get us out of here.” Roman began shooting at her as she dodged and shot back. Flynt loaded up his trumpet then pointed it at the huntress. “Roman look out!” Flynt blew and blue sound waves reached the huntress. As they made impact ice slowly began to form on her but it was not strong enough and she easily broke free. Roman ran next to Flynt, clutching the case tightly. “You ready flynt?” Flynt noded and aimed his trumpet at their feet and blew again. Giant green soundwaves crashed against the ground and the impact knocked the huntress back by surprise. Flynt went soaring in the sky towards the ship with Roman holding on by his cane in Flynts hand. Flynt stopped playing as they reached the ship and boarded. The huntress tried shooting at the ship but it took off quickly only being hit once. Roman laughed, “well that fun wasn’t it. Good thing you were on standby.” Roman tossed Flynt some canisters of dust then locked the briefcase in a safe and made his way to the cock pit. “I’m gonna talk with our friend. The team will be back together shorty. Just relax until we land.” Roman went inside the cock pit and closed the door. Flynt leaned against the wall and looked at the dust. Now that he had time to think, he couldn’t help but to remember how it all started.

RWBY 4 prediction

ok so I noticed something a little strange in the last episode of volume 3. Remember this moment.

WELL after that I noticed something happened with Jaune 

You might not notice it at first but his eyes changed for a moment.I believe this is significant because his eyes not only changed but they changed into the sharingan. I think this is forshadowing to how much stronger Jaune is going to get in the new volume. This is just my thoughts though. Let me know what you guys think.

Second Impressions ( Flynt x Weiss )

(I usually don’t do things like this but here it is. I know it’s bad but hey, you have to start somewhere.)

Weiss was making her way back to her friends in the stadium stands. She had just finished getting cleaned up from her doubles match, and as she was heading towards her seat she heard someone calling her name. “Hey Schnee! Over here.” The voice called out to her and as she looked in the direction of the voice she saw Flynt smiling, waving her down. She made her way over to him , “Hi Flynt. How are you.”

“I’m great now that I found you.” He smiled then asked, “I was wondering if you wanted to watch a match or two with me before the team and I headout?” He bowed his head and reached his hand out gesturing Weiss to take it. “ I can escort you to the seats milady.”

She chuckled, she had no reason to deny his request. He seemed like a nice guy as well. “why how very kind of you Mr. Coal.” She took his hand. “Let’s go.”

They made their way to their seats as the next match was beginning. “Hey Schnee”, Flynt said as they were sitting down, “ there is a reason I called you out here with me.”

She turned stiff and her heart began to race. She had no idea why he wanted to talk but upon hearing this she suddenly got nervous. “well what is this reason” she asked.

He looked around nervously before finally clearing his throat, “ I wanted to apologize to you for what I said earlier during our match. It was uncalled for. I know you had nothing to do with my dad’s business and I’ve been feeling bad about the way I treated you ever since I said it.” He chuckled nervously and scratched his head. “It’s a little embarrassing when I think about it.”

She blushed. She was taken aback, for she had completely dismissed what he said during their match and didn’t blame him at all. She thought it was sweet that he apologized, and that he looked cute when he was embarrassed. “Well thank you for apologizing but it’s not necessary. You wouldn’t be the first person upset with something my father did.” She let out a small laugh and then sighed.

He looked at her as if he was confused. “Wait, are you implying that you and old Saint Nick don’t get along?” She paused before she replied as she imagined her father with a big beard, belly, and being jolly. She snorted as she tried to hold in a laugh before finally she couldn’t hold it any longer. “Hahahahaha, Old Saint Nick? That’s a new one.”

He looked pleased. “It’s good right? I thought you would like it snowflake.”

“Snowflake? You’re just an original at this mister….. Tr-trumpet….man.” She looked down in embarrassment as she realized that she wasn’t as good as he was with nicknames. ‘Why did I just say that’ she thought to herself.

He laughed, “ mister trumpet man? It’s ok we can work on your name giving skills.” Suddenly the buzzer rang signaling the end of the match and Flynt stood up.

“It’s too bad you’re not at Atlas. It was fun talking to you. If you and your dad ever work things out then you should swing by Atlas and we can hang out again.”

She stood up, she wished she could talked with him some more and was a little disappointed that he had to leave so soon. “ yea definitely. I have one question for you before you leave though. Why snowflake?” Weiss asked with a face of Curiosity.

Flynt laughed then took off his glasses and look her in the eyes. “Because you’re beautiful and unique, a snowflake.”

He smiled as he saw her face turn red. “Sorry I can’t escort you back to your seats, but maybe this will suffice.” He asked for her phone and when she gave it to him he started typing something. “Now you can call me during your walk back to your seat and it’ll be like you’re walking with me.”

Weiss smiled, ’ what a sweet guy’ she thought to herself. “Thank you but that won’t be necessary. I look forward to our next meeting though.”

The two said their goodbyes and headed off in different directions. Flynt was humming a tune to myself when he got a text. It was from an unknown number and it read, ‘hi it’s me Weiss. I just thought you should have my number in case, you know, you ever wanna call or anything. Ok,well have a safe trip back to atlas. Bye.’ He smiled as you looked down at his phone, “Hooray for second impressions,” he said to himself as he been humming again.

I must admit

"Cool jazz" as a shipping name for Flynt and Weiss is actually really clever. It sorta pains me to say that it's probably better than "Black Ice"
