My first #10km! Today I got to hear the three magic words: “You’ve gained weight since last summer haven’t you?” AND OFF TO THE GYM WE GO! About the “run”: I ran 10 km/h for 15 minutes but then I chickened out. I got 2,5 km so I completed ¼th of my 60 minute goal. I did intervals between 6.0 and 10 km/h until I reached 10 km but if I’d just paced myself on a stable 7,9 km/h I’d have reached a better time. I’ll practice on pacing. I hate pacing. Although my pulse is a bit too high and my right foot feels like dead weight, according #mywellness, I made a bunch of personal bests!
