So the basic gist of it is: After the ffps fire everyone's soul's passed on into the afterlife and fnaf world is where they are resting

and they go on fun adventures and stuff it's all happy and good (William is on house arrest when he's not needed for adventures and on constant supervision by Mike, C.C. and Cassidy)
