Played tag with w bunch of kids(13 and under), Definitely shouldn't have

made a joking comment about how I shouldn't have played tag with them because of old bones(aka funny haha code for chronic pain and fatigue)

Dont eat pickles at 4am on an empty stomach and immediately lay down, you will get cramps which will trigger back pain which will freak out your spine and everything will hurt
