“The Ridges of the Rollga Roller are Accurate as Hell” . @_brianmackenzie “Was not entirely sold. Am now 100% sold” . 1. The ridges are accurate as hell at separating tissues (i.e., rectus femoris from vastus lateralis). . 2. The density is unreal. If you're a mess the gray roller is perfect. Once the soreness is gone the black density allows that shit to be immediately exposed again. Pain works like the truth. Hard to handle. Yet is one of natures greatest tools. . 1. Some t-spine action is easy to get with center section. Hug and move. Extend arms overhead, lock into place and see if you can just move the t-spine. . 2. Lat and greater (rear) shoulder complex area... This is deemed NASTINESS because of how much tissue collides into this area. Remember to externally rotate hands as you have arm extended overhead. . 3. Tibialis Anterior smash is huge if you do not do this. You dorsi-flex that foot all day, make sure you thank the TA each day for that. . 4. Perfect separation of all quadricep muscles can be had. Here I'm rolling the lateralis and rectus by using the large lateral groove to get the glue undone. I'm sure you will all find some other creative ways here, so tag @rollgahealth and let them know... Who knows they may repost, or... 😘 . . . . #foamroller #bringslife #foamrollerfriday #crossfit #crossfitters #crossfitrecovery #crossfitregionals2018 #crossfitregionals #crossfitrepost #wodoftheday #foamrolling #selfmyofascialrelease #selfmassage #crossfitwod #triggerpointtherapy #triggerpoint #accupressure #performbetter #flexfriday #flexfriday💪 (at Rollga) https://www.instagram.com/rollgahealth/p/Bsx8FBJh6wg/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=ep0jr4du877k
