Ohohohoh, this was so much fun. A Harry Potter themed tattoo for a friend. I really wanted to get the feel of how it would look in ink so this was drawn in ink, on black paper, using a feather, while attempting to mimic someone else’s handwriting.
Does that make this COMPLETELY hipster? Don’t care, I love how it came out.
The black sharpie version on clear transparency allowed me to send sample photos of the scale taped onto my own wrist for approval. I will be checking in with said friend and see if I can share photos of the final product.
One of my cooler “cover letters” imho for a side project. The project fell through, but this was a cool way to practice some type work.
