Easy basil beer bread
i'll have to admit, when we received kohlrabi in our CSA delivery last week, greg and i both looked at the oddly shaped celeriac/broccoli/green beet looking thing from the ground and thought, "ummmm, what the hell does one do with this?". the answer? this recipe right here. the kohlrabi is incredibly delicious raw and it adds such a needed crunch to this otherwise mono-textured salad.
