From homeless to daily wage earners, thousands of people are left clueless about their next meal. Healing Hands Foundation(HHF) is playing its small part in helping the needy(with lunch) during this difficult period. It’s a challenge (albeit fun) preparing food for my friend who doesn’t have a sense of taste or smell. I work hard designing combinations with color and a lot of texture. Here is one example where I hope I’ve accomplished this for her. In doing so, I think of the chew factor, the memory for her when she did have these all important senses (that I can’t imagine not having) and the visual appeal.
