Tentatively dipping a toe into Fool’s Assassin for the first time and my stomach is doing flips in anticipation. Winterfest is underway and Fitz hates his trousers (classic Fitz) and Molly has BLACK hair?! I swear this is the first time I’ve heard mention of the colour of her hair, and although I know she’s a Buck woman, I always imagined her having red or chestnut hair with a reddish tint- probably due to the mention of her red skirts.

Patience is an utter legend, and Fitz sounds shockingly mellow about some strangers turning up to crash the party. My boy is no longer in survival mode, and I am so happy for him. But also I am a coiled spring, already inwardly yelling at him to go talk to that messenger asap cuz the blurb says it doesn’t end well for her and SHITS ABOUT TO GET REAL AGAIN DUDE!!!!
