1. Mix 7 drops of thyme oil with a tbsp of baby powder. Rub your feet with this mixture.

2. Put a handful of sage in a bowl of water and boil. Wait for it to cool down.  Then put your feet in the sage tea for 30 minutes.

REMEDIES FOR FOOT ODOR:

1. Put 5 bags of tea in a bowl and boil. Wait for it to cool down. Then put your feet in tea for 20 minutes.

2. Mix 5 glasses of water with 6 tbsp of vinegar in a bowl. Keep your feet in this mixture for 20 minutes.

REMEDIES FOR FOOT SWELLING:

Boil peppermint in a bowl of water and wash your feet with it. Try to keep the water as hot as your feet can bear. Then wash your feet with cool mint water and rinse. Peppermint will refresh your feet and prevent swelling.

REMEDIES FOR INGROWN TOENAIL

Put half bowl of peppermint and 20 grams of camphor in a bowl of water and boil. Wait for it to cool down. Keep your feet in the water for 30 minutes. Then mix 1 tbsp of Vaseline and 5 tablets of crushed aspirin and rub your feet with this mixture.
