you know the thing. the really offensive thing that just sticks out over and over. and to be clear the level and severity of this deceit were insane - he didn't just cheat on me, he had a second serious relationship where he met the family, attended holidays etc. - but he had been pressuring me to make him a sweater for a really long time and i had always refused because of the sweater curse, where if you make somebody a sweater it means the relationship will end. he had laughed at me so many times and told me it wasn't real and asked me to make him a sweater, which i finally agreed to as a gift. we went to pick the yarn out last weekend and when we got home he assured me the sweater curse wasn't real again. fuck you the sweater curse is SO real
