After their fateful meeting at the Konohana Restaurant, it was clear to Raeger that he and Lily had a lot to catch up on. Being the busy adults he assumed they both were, free time was, as he put it, a delicacy. Opportunities to meet up were few and far between, so plans needed to be made that fit both their schedules.
The upcoming Halloween holiday looked like a decent cause for a reunion, providing a number of potential activities for the two to choose from. One of these was a horror movie marathon. Raeger wasn’t at all close to being a fan of the horror genre, but Lily seemed to be interested in his offer, which he secretly hoped to have been declined.
There was no backing out of it, now that he was waiting by the door for Lily’s arrival. He had a few tamer, “emergency” selections for films available. With a little bit of luck, they might settle on one of those.
