𝙵𝙾𝚁 𝙰𝙻𝙻 𝙾𝙵 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙻𝙸𝙶𝙷𝚃 𝚃𝙷𝙰𝚃 𝙸 𝚂𝙷𝚄𝚃 𝙾𝚄𝚃 ; 𝙵𝙾𝚁 𝙰𝙻𝙻 𝙾𝙵 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙸𝙽𝙽𝙾𝙲𝙴𝙽𝚃 𝚃𝙷𝙸𝙽𝙶𝚂 𝚃𝙷𝙰𝚃 𝙸 𝙳𝙾𝚄𝙱𝚃 . strong in the force and carried by instinct, jason was found abandoned at an early age with the hope that he could be taught to control his volatile emotions. though he was strong - willed & stubborn to a fault, he proved to be a gifted student and quite adept in his training over the next three years - compassionate, strong, and dependable - even if he wasn’t there very long. but there was always a piece of him fixated on the past ; on the life he might have had once upon a time, and the family he must have belonged to. enough so that when a mission during his teens brought him back to his home planet, jason broke away from his unit to go looking for a mother he never knew.
by some miracle, he was able to find her. but with the planet under attack and the entirety of its civilization in danger, jason’s master told him he must leave his past behind him, including his mother, if they were going to be successful. jason couldn’t, and in the end, both he & his mother paid the price for it. his mother lost her life and jason was presumed dead.
the experience embittered jason. determined to cut out his own path, jason disappeared to some distant world, scavenging machinery & hardware to get by ; telling himself he was content with just this so long as both the jedi and the sith left him alone. but even this didn’t last long. a man who wears his heart unintentionally on his sleeve, jason can’t ignore a plea for help when it comes. though he does his best to stay hidden, he planet - hops more often than he remains still thanks to his constant drive to help driving him straight out into the open.
he knows he can’t avoid them forever. but that won’t stop a stubborn, tenacious survivor from outlasting as long as he can. 𝙸'𝙻𝙻 𝙱𝙴 𝙶𝙾𝙾𝙳 .
If we kept the canon age difference in the high school au, then that would make (correct me if I'm wrong) Ben a freshman and Wes a senior. Which would make Ben's pining even more tragic because he probably thinks that Wes will just go off to college and forget him.
gotta important question about Being
who do you guys feel is the 'hero' in the story
is it Rye or Junah?

hadley and greta are easier to plot with than spencer is, but i'm definitely willing to plot with any of my characters.
if the players of nora and/or lesley are looking at this, i'd love to come up with something for them and greta, because i think that they'd get along well?
just message me, at any account, or talk to me on the chatzy!
