Okay okay! Hear me out a bit……Fight For Me from Heathers animatic on Zoestery. Not the whole musical or the relationship between Veronica and JD (ESPECIALLY their relationship D:)

But, the song with them kinda…fits?

Mystery being a Mr. No-name kid.

Zoey probably witnessing a lot of fights in her old school in America and probably finding them boring and yet a little bit entertaining. (ex. Why when you see boys fight feel so horrible yet feel so right?)

Her fighting Mystery is like a whole thrill she finds fulfilling. Finding his fighting skills and stamina impressive, every moment they fight is an extremely balanced experience between amusement, respect, and adoration between both of them. (well, Woah! You can punch real good. You've lasted longer than I thought you would.)

And if this were a common occurrence between them, Zoey would wonder if it'll all happen again or if he'd play the facade of mysterious idol the next time they’d meet. Mystery would wonder the same with her, eager to see her again. (If some night you're free, wanna fight for me?)

Also, the title wording can be different for them. Veronica and JD were, “If you and I were a thing, would you wanna fight for my sake?” while Zoestery could be, “Hey, I find you very interesting, you wanna fight so I can understand you on a deeper level no one from the outside can understand?”

Idk where I'm going with this. It's midnight and I have classes tomorrow. I'm just in a Zoestery craze rn cause I love the dynamic and wished the movie worked on them/ fleshed them out a lil bit more. Sorry Imma go to bed now ):
