It has been a LONG while since I’ve last worked on the httyd crossover, and I’ve gotten better at drawing distinct and different faces since then, so I wanted to redraw the kiddos! And I kinda wanna make this into a series where I redraw all the oc’s I made for the project, but who knows how far I’ll get into that since this is a huge project and tends to take a lot out of me

So i wanted to post this yesterday but unfortunately my internet decided that it wasn’t going to happen,and I didn’t have the energy last night to do it all over again.

So this is Eva and she is freya and griffing’s adopted daughter and she also has a younger brother named Nicholas who is autistic.Eva is 16 years old and has a skin condition named vitiligo,she and her brother had been in and out of of foster care since they were 6 and 3 this was mostly because of their mother since she had a addiction problem and she would come in and out of rehabilitation so CPS was always at her doorstep until one day they had to take her custody rights because she couldn’t provide a stable life for Eva and Nicholas so they were placed in a adoption center.unfortunately when it came to adoption or putting them in foster care they would mostly separated them and put them in different houses so Eva would run away from the home she was in to go find her brother and because of this they never had a permanent home.and these kind of situation also caused Nicholas to have separation anxiety when he was little since he was always attached to his sister Eva but gradually as he got older he started to manage his separation anxiety.Nicholas also has a giant flemish rabbit named barnie and it was mostly a gift from Eva since he struggled to socialize and make friends so Eva saved barnie when he was a baby since they we’re going to raise him for meat so she stole barnie and brought him back to her brother,in the present day Eva kind of has beef with barnie because whenever he enters her room he chews of her stuff specially her clothes,she sometimes threatens barnie saying she is going to cook in a pot and make soup with him but Nicholas always defends barnie from her.Eva also knows sign language because her brother since he nonspeaking because of his autism.Eva’s relationship with freya is pretty good and they bonded even more when freya took Eva to work at the stables she absolutely fell in love with it and wanted to horse back riding as a sport which she every much enjoys doing.

#this is all i have for now with eva since am still working on her character but overall she has a solid base #I absolutely loved drawing her since i have never done a character with a skin condition like her and it was pretty interesting to work it #i also may work on her brother Nicholas soon but I haven’t found references for him yet since his a little more complex than eva #since he has autism and i neve given character a neurodevelopmental disorder #so am trying to work on him and try write something for him but just like eav he has a pretty solid character development #the deep next gen #the deep oc #digital painting #the deep 2015

Ant was the one to figure out who she was first, because of the team he’s the only one who knows what his sister looks like as a human…or, mostly human looking, anyways. And he is most definitely very worried about what his sister is up to wherever she is

I think im gonna try and get some actual doodles done for the demon slayer au before I get anymore for this particular crossover, but this has been consuming my thoughts for the last few days, so there will definitely be more doodles for this particular crossover of my own au’s, because I for one think it’s HILARIOUS

#upper 2 and upper 3’s dynamic is still pretty similar to douma and akaza’s dynamic #i weirdly love the larvacean now BECAUSE i know he still gets soloed by a 14 year old with equal arrogance issues and also amnesia #the jellyfish is still my fav design. BUT #the worm/crab duo and pistol shrimp are becoming close second fav’s #and then it’s the electric ray #i gave the pistol shrimp akaza’s backstory because i love her and akaza made me cry in the theater. also. big woman and smol man dynamic #her husband still has koyuki’s pretty pink flower eyes becuase I Said So #idk much about the nautilus yet so how he dies will depend entirely on what i come up with for his blood demon art #the deep 2015 #the deep cartoon #demon slayer/the deep au #the deep oc #teeeeechnically? cause. i made characters out of the monumentials?#captain hammerhead #alpheus benthos
