Hay thank you for answering my ask, honestly I didnt expect it to draw any attention.
Seeing how you wrote out for tips for an it/its pronoun transition id love to hear them!
I really recommend having it talk about itself in third person. Make it always talk about itself in third person (using it/its! Not its name!) during sexual and kinky moments especially, and have it ask you things in third person. Keep a tally of every time it fails and punish it for each failure, but also plan big rewards if it doesn't fail once during a conversation. You can also order it to upgrade its pronouns on social media and punish it if it refuses or forgets one. And you can compliment it using third person (can be text and/or talk), the sentences may sound weird but it helps the reinforcement, especially if it's already stupid horny, ex: "I love when it jerks off to my pics. I bet its (genitals) are so fucking (hard, wet) right now".
It's up to you if you want to do more than pronouns, like make it stop referring to itself as a man to become a thing, boything, angel, bot, etc; the words and titles are endless, as well as fashion.
Hypnosis would be great if you know how to do it. I don't know if there are any it/its hypnosis videos around, but they'd be good.
Outside kink, the most important thing to remember is obviously the universal law of having everything discussed beforehand, whether you're helping your play partner become confident in its pre-existing nonbinary identity, helping it explore one for kink or just out of curiosity, or if it's purely your fantasy it agreed to fulfill.
