Had a really fun time at Nostalgia Con with my buddy, @joyfuladorable, who I finally got to meet in person. They are every bit as funny and cheerful as I thought they were. I'm so glad tmnt gave us the chance to meet.

I got my 03 box set signed by Splinter's, Casey's, and the turtles' VAs, as well as Mr. Eastman himself. I couldn't stop staring at it. 🤣

All of them were super nice. It was beyond cool to be able to talk to them. I swear my hands were shaking when I was getting my stuff signed by Wayne Grayson, and Greg Abbey asked where I got my shirt. If I ever meet them again, maybe I'll ask them to read my fic, lol.

I've gotten a burst of inspiration from today, so hopefully, I'll be able to finally wrap up the latest chapter of DotS. For now, I wish you all a good night!

You ever stop and realize that you've been having some kind of gender dysphoria since you were like four? Because apparently when someone decided that they suddenly didn't like anything girly and got VERY UPSET when anyone thought she was girly or called her "princess", she was actually dealing with something. And I didn't know that it was hurting her yet.

She didn't want to be a boy, but being a girl felt wrong too. We decided on werewolf at like eight, and honestly that's the perfect gender. Something fluid.

Hmmm I'm going to be honest. It has been years since I last read Warriors and I can't remember how bad of a guy Tigerclaw is supposed to be- also, how much of it was necessary? Just how fucked was Tigerclaw by his daddy issues, honestly? It just- seems a bit extreme? But, go off I guess. Drama queen.

Time to try to get a hold of the books again :')

little things that im (very lowkey) sad about not making the cut in the Good Omens series

listen the TV series was beautiful and it works very well both as a book adaptation and as an independent narrative and for the most part, im very very satisfied with the execution. however there were a few tiny things that i wished were closer to the book, although i understand why they were cut (and let me just say, the amount of new content we got made up for it entirely)

1) bookshop drunk. bookshop drunk was probably the fandom's favourite scene for years and they didn't quite do it justice. besides, with the whole diamond mountain story you could have had +1 to the doctor who reference pile (which the creators seem to actually keep track of)

2) i missed those four guys that were following the horsepersons around and making silly titles for each other. sure they were secondary characters but they were cute :(

3) this one's really random but im dissappointed we didn't see aziraphale possess that televangelist. idk when i first read the book at like age 13 i thought that was the funniest shit. but again they did aziraphale's return to earth differently in the tv series, and in a very cool way
