My #topnine2018 are mostly posts from January 2018, from my #ForestAnimalProject. Only the one with the Christmas tree 🌲 is from December. Something definitely changed with the way IG pushes posts, and I believe it got worst since I switched to a business account. I think IG won't show your posts (of a business account) unless you do the paid promotion (which I didn't do). After the January's project I stopped posting daily. Around June I also started experimenting a lot with my drawings, from line style, colors, features for the characters, and even started learning how to use a tablet to draw digitally. This inconsistency brought me lots of critics, especially from close ones. Inktober challenge motivated me to draw and publish stuff daily. I took the month of October as a way of practicing digital drawings, so similar pieces that took me 3h at the beginning of the month were completed in less than 1h30. For me 2018 was a year of learning and growing. A year I started practicing without publishing, but sharing results as stories. A year of accepting my weaknesses and trying to improve them. 2018 was a year of change, a year I wanted to find myself and my style, and realised that the style is not found, but it's built little by little through trial and error. I hope for 2019 to be a rich year for learning and growth.
