[NA KHUX] Foreteller EX and Kairi EX Draws Advice

So I have about 20 asks in the inbox regarding the Foreteller EX and Kairi EX [M], what skills to give them, which one to draw, etc. I believe what is posted should answer mosts of the asks I received in regards to Foreteller EX and Kairi EX. If what I posted below does not answer your question, I’ll reply back to it. But, just in case, feel free to send in the ask again on Tuesday if I haven’t answered your question.
Which Deal To Draw From
No Kairi EX [M] and less than 60k jewels Go spend all your jewels on Kairi EX [M]. You will be gambling for any of the Foreteller EX medals anyways, and you might as well gamble to get the better medal, which is Kairi EX [M]. I heard that exiting the pulls screen after 2 draws increases your chance of getting Kairi EX [M]? But of course, this is all superstition.
No Kairi EX [M] and have at least 60k jewels This...is really hard for me to decide on what to do. You can either mercy a foreteller EX or try your luck with Kairi EX [M]. Both are risky, and the choice is up to you. If you are a f2p and not willing to purchase VIP deals, I probably go for Ira EX [P] for the UAU+1 for 2 turns. This is because there are VIP medals that give UAU+1 for 1 turn or 3 turns. Recently, JP KHUX just got a VIP medal that is essentially a subpar Kairi EX [M]. Just pray you get Ira EX [P] in less than 20 pulls. The remaining jewels, I’d probably go and spend it on Kairi EX [M] in hopes of getting her.
Have Kairi EX [M] and have at least 60k jewels If you really want to get Foretellers EX, I’d go for Ava EX [M] because she is the only EX medal that gives buffs that Kairi EX [M] does not give, which is PSMDU+2 for 2 turns.
Have Kairi EX [M] and have less than 60k jewels This one is a gamble. In JP KHUX, it took me two 15 pull mercies to get Ava EX [M] and Ira EX [P] (that’s a total of 90k jewels right there :’)). Personally, I’d draw for HD Vanitas [M] when he is released because it is a copy after medal, like HD Xion [P] or HD Namine [M], and is tier 7. There is also a reverse version of Kairi EX [M], Xion Illustration EX [M], that gives RAU+2 instead of UAU+2. I don’t really recommend drawing for Xion Illustration EX [M] because there is a lack of reverse medals and reverse slots compared to upright medals and upright slots on the keyblades.
Which Foreteller is Worth Getting?
All the Foreteller EX medals are good compared to other medals, without a doubt, but there a few of the Foretellers are worth getting over others.
Ava EX [M] I recommend pulling for Ava EX [M] only if you have Kairi EX [M] and you can mercy Ava EX [M]. This is because Ava EX [M] gives PSMDU+2 for 2 turns, a buff that Kairi EX [M] does not have. There are also a decent amount of upright magic slots that you can fully utilize Ava EX [M].
Ira EX [P] This is probably the only EX medal that will guarantee UAU+1 for 2 turns. He is worth getting if you do not purchase VIP deals and do not have Kairi EX [M]. Since he is upright power, there is lack of slots to really utilize him.
Gula EX [S] Literally, the only reason why Gula EX [S] is worth getting is because of Fairy Stars on the 5th slot with a 3.00 multiplier for upright speed. You can use HD Xion [P] to copy Gula EX [S] to deal even more damage.
Invi EX [M] and Aced EX [P] These medals are good, but I’d rather go for Ava EX [M] for a magic Foreteller EX or Ira EX [P] for power foreteller EX because these medals gives buffs that Kairi EX [M] already gives.
What Happens if I get Multiple Copies of Foreteller EX?
Oh...This one is rather difficult for me to answer... I don’t think it is worth to merge 2 EX medals together for traits. What if you get a status resist trait? You might be better off having 2 guilted copies of EX medals than one copy with a bad trait. Of course, make sure to save some M&Bs to have future copy medals be guilted!
Skill to Give to the EX Medals
Kairi EX [M] Second chance 2 or Second chance 3. If you have a second Kairi EX [M], do NOT merge the copies together. Instead, give the second Kairi EX [M] Guard Boost 3 Max or Guard Boost 4. Do NOT guilt Kairi EX [M]! She is not worth spending M&Bs on!!
Foretellers EX If you plan to guilt these medals, I highly recommend giving Lux+&Atk Boost 4 max, especially if you are a heavy lux gatherer. Honestly though, I think M&Bs are better on copy medals, but if you think guilting Foretellers EX will benefit you more, go ahead and guilt them.
