I have not posted a photo of my own outfits in some time, but I have seen an increase in personal outfit posts in the new year and was feeling inspired to share one of my own. I took this quick “selfie” before I left for work this morning.

The outfit: A charcoal gray pinstriped suit that I purchased second hand a little over a year ago, a purple and white striped shirt from Charles Tyrwhitt, purple Windsor necktie, black belt socks and Oxford shoes not pictured.

Spring Saturday Attire.

I’ve been maintaining a bit of facial hair over the past several weeks, and have mixed feelings on the matter. This is the longest I’ve maintained any kind of beard, and while I have enjoyed the change, a part of me is ready to return to the clean shaven look. When Easter and Holy Week come around next month, I will get rid of it for the occasion, but should I return to it after?
