Maybe instead if telling students to "grow thicker skin" and to ignore bullies you could start actually teaching people throughly to not bullying. And actually taking action might help

Going for holiday for 2 weeks, I'm gonna miss watching YouTube :'( I've got a lot of projects to complete (currently over 12) and my form teacher retired. Gonna miss him, he was a great teacher who was really patient and wasn't like other teachers who just yell at us 24/7... *sigh*
