THÉODORE HERMÈS TORRES is a French-American born in Marseille, France to a French born father and California born, Indigenous Mexican, mother. His parents met in California for college in the 90s. And once he was born, Théo would be raised between LA, New York City, and Paris.
Théo started his career in motorsports with karting at age six to which he kept up with it until his early teens. He’d move onto the lower formulas until joining Formula One at the age of eighteen during the 2022 SEASON signing on with Redbull’s sister team ALPHATAURI. His motorsport career was funded by both his parents. His father being a famous—now retired—musical artist, and now a music producer. And his mother being the CEO of a world wide law firm. He is now driving for REDBULL RACING, and has been driving for them as of the 2023 season.
BORN: August fourteenth, 2004; he is twenty at the start of the 2025 Formula One season ( twenty-one in august )
He races under the FRENCH flag + the number 14
He speaks 3½ LANGUAGES ( three fluently, one partially ); English, French, and Spanish. His mother’s tribal language being harder to pin down. He was taught these languages all at once as he grew up, being spoken to with all three by his family. His accent is unique having lived in both America and France. The accent itself is significantly American with many French twinges here and there.
THOMAS SHEPHERD is an Irish-Romani racing driver born in Dublin, Ireland to an Irish father and an Irish born, Romani, mother. Tommy was primarily raised in Ireland but would later move to England to better propel him into the world of Formula One.
He started his career with karting at age eight. Once he got into the lower formulas in his early teens, he and his whole family would move to England to better support his career. His career which was funded by both his mother and father. His father a famous film composer. And his mother a well sought after plastic surgeon. Tommy would join Formula One at the age of nineteen during the 2022 SEASON, signing with WILLIAMS. He now races for MERCEDES and has since his 2023 season.
BORN: April eleventh, 2003; he is twenty-one at the start of the 2025 Formula One season ( twenty-two in april )
He races under the IRISH flag + the number 11
He speaks 3 LANGUAGES fluently; English, Irish, and Romani. English is his first language with Irish coming into his life in early schooling and at home. And Romani taking longer, up into his teens, to master. His accent is a strong Dublin accent. Despite moving to England in his teens, his accent stayed strong.
