Four Pure + M&S Double IPA (Picked up at M&S Food in Oxford, UK). A 3 of 4. Pretty standard orange citrus and pine hop profile with maybe a touch of tropical fruit. Quite aggressively bitter, which is a nice change of pace, and delivers some nice resinous notes in the finish, too.
M&S “collaboration” with Four Pure. I like their collabs, feels like you’re getting a proper beer.
This is strong and hoppy, and a decent brew.
Day 106: session ipa by fourpure
So today we continue our merry jaunt through the beers available in my local supermarket. This beer is from four pure and it’s the last of their core range and if judging by the previous one this won’t be the best. Comes in a blue can with and APV of 4.2%. Golden in glass with single finger white head. Hops on the nose and hops on the tongue. This is a by far the best beer I’ve had from them but…
