It also just means that users aren’t allowed to post things that are criminal in nature like rape and pedophilia, which is what Tumblr SHOULD be trying to get rid of, not any arbitrary NSFW thing and “female-presenting nipples”.
The bit about “that is against the statutory laws of any” is separated from the pornography and sexuality bit, meaning that pornography, sexual content, and illegal things are banned. It doesn’t define what it views as ‘sexual or pornographic’ content.

Dean leaves notes for both Sam and Cas. They’re crude drawings of boobs. Or informing them that he’s made a great personal sacrifice when he adds a (1) vegetable to their lunch.
Castiel takes the bag and informs Dean that he doesn’t eat.
The one time Sam made lunch he left a little post it with a crooked smiley face for both Dean and Cas.
Cas wonders if Sam and Dean just keep forgetting he’s not human.
