Happy potluck day! Today I offer single-serving banana pudding, also known as nanner puddin'. Very loosely and deliciously adapted from this recipe, which is itself an adaptation:

- One banana, sliced (or two, who am I to judge) - One vanilla pudding cup - A handful of vanilla wafers (I used the mini variety and they were *perfect*) - Cool Whip
The basic premise is to layer the ingredients, starting with a little Cool Whip in the bottom of the glass/bowl you're using, then a little pudding, some nanner slices, the cookies...keep layering until you're done. It was so, so tasty:
I'm a piglet, and that mug is bigger than it looks. Surprisingly, it's a pretty light dessert, even if you're a bit heavy-handed with the Cool Whip like me. Enjoy!
Yay for a light dessert on 1,194 days left!
