Quin just stared at her in silence for a long time as he struggled to think of what to say. "But... I don't like girls." Was all that eventually came out. "How can I get money without getting into trouble?"
"I have a dude face claim too, he’s a little shit face but he’s cute enough to be decent." She pulled out her phone, scrolling through the screens. "You can get a job if you want to do it the legal way. There are lots of jobs you could do."
"You know! The... Um... Money? I think it's called that! I don't know! I live in a forest for fucks sake! And don't call me fluffy!" He grumbled, blushing deeply.
"There are lots of ways to get money. Most of my methods are illegal but that’s not the point. And I will keep calling you fluffy, cutie. Deal with it. You should be glad I’m not in my teenage verse or I’d be flirting the hell outta you." Wade sat back up, stretching her arms until her shoulders made a cracking sound. "Stupid verses and making me look like a pedophile and shit. Legally, I can’t even mess with Spider-Man because his ass is usually sixteen. Unless I find Tobey Mcguire’s spider-man who is a college man." She muttered under her breath.
Quin took a long time to figure out what an orange soda was before taking the other one obediently. "I don't know how to get food other than hunting or asking you or stealing... How /do/ humans get so much food? I know you have shops but they always want those... Things."
Wade tilted her heads back, so she was looking at Quin upsidedown. “What things? There are lot of things in stores so you’re going to have to be more specific, fluffy.”
Quin hesitated. "But... I don't live here." But he shrugged, quite happy to take any food he was allowed. "Would you like anything..?"
"Yes, you don’t live here but you look old enough to get your own food and I’m not getting up until this couch has my butt print properly shaped in it." She thought for a moment. "Oh and if you bring me an orange soda, that’d be awesome. Just don’t touch the jello, it’s explosive."
"Can... Can I have food as well as a hug?" He asked slowly, chewing on his lip gently.
"Kitchen is that way, kid. Help yourself."
