Conventions I’m hoping to attend in 2017

I really only attended two conventions last year (various reasons for that) so here’s the conventions I’m hoping to attend here in 2017

AnthrOhio (May 25-28, Theme: “Furs of Tomorrow”) This convention is right around the corner from me in Worthington so, barring being unable to take time off from work, I’m hoping to attend AnthrOhio 2017.

Anthrocon (June 29-July 2, Theme: “Take me out to the Ballgame”) I was unable to attend Anthrocon last year due to two short-notice family events putting me on bad terms with my employer, but I’ve since put the necessary vacation requests in (IN DUPLICATE) so attendance should be all but guaranteed.

Fur Reality (October 6-8, Theme: “The World After”) The theme is basically Fallout, so I’m definitely interested (Fallout is one of my favorite game franchises of all time) hopefully, it won’t be like last year where the theme went out the window and it had to be re-themed in a fucking hurry (Don’t think I didn’t notice that the Gravity Falls parodies were almost entirely absent) Also hopefully, certain popufurs won’t make poor decisions and cause drama

Midwest Furfest (November 30-December 3, Theme:”Grimm’s Fairy Tales”) I didn’t attend last year because I was short of funds (an ultimately beneficial decision, as it turned out) but a lot of fur friends swear by MFF, so I’ll give it a go. hopefully, I’ll have the scratch for MFF.
