there is nothing wrong with dabbling in a bit of a hedonistic lifestyle, if it's something you're curious about and want to explore there is no reason to feel any anxiety but do it for yourself, not simply because you feel like you're missing out on a lifestyle the majority of your peers are indulging in. That's really how people become lost in their reasoning for why they started to recklessly party. They feel like they have to partake in a lifestyle that is designated for people their age rather than the fact that they just simply want to let loose and experience something they haven't before.

But like I said, you don't have to have a "reckless stage" if you don't want to. It's not predetermined for you to engage in this type of behaviour. If you feel like partying would hinder your ability to function, build your dreams and move ahead towards what you want to do, there is no reason why you have to. Just do what feels best and don't think there is any pressure.

Just work more than you party and don't lose track of what you actually want to do in life. It's not a party really if you have nothing to celebrate so your gains in life should outweigh any hangovers you have. Maintaining balance is key.

yes! that's what I mean like in an ideal world where people don't have many obstacles and have ample time to cook their own meals everyday of course healthy eating would be great but unfortunately many people's lives don't exist within a frame of being able to upkeep a lifestyle of that nature. And trust me as someone who genuinely is conscious about what I eat it's a very hard thing to be consistent about. I'm lucky and in a good spot financially to be able to do so which is why I would never look down on people or compare my situation or eating habits to anyone else. I think it's just ridiculous to assume that everyone has the same amount that I have
