Day 21! Bow & Arrow Pose! Picture on the left is from 2/15/18 Picture on the right is from today 3/21/20 The major differences? 1.) Lift—In 2018 my body felt like I was at my deepest in this pose. I was. It’s okay!! Slowly but surely I became more aware/comfortable in this pose. Which leads me to my next big difference: 2.) Ease—today I’m wayyyy more comfortable in this pose. No death grips lol just deep breathes and playing with what my body feels ready for one breath at a time :) I’ve heard that there’s two types of people in this world: the type that enjoy wheel pose & the type that do not care for wheel pose lol I’m one of those crazies that enjoys wheel. It’s intense, don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t feel easier now either lol. It feels just as hard as the day I attempted this pose. I’m just more familiar with myself in this pose now since I’ve practiced it consistently for years now! I encourage you to as well!! You’d be surprised how well it can go one day verses how disappointingly wrong it can go the next. Equanimity/Consistency is key! ✨💫 Tell me if you’re a fan of wheel pose or not hehehe #bowandarrow #wheelpose #wheelposevariation #practice #practicemakesprogress #progress #progressnotperfection #smile #breathe #deepbreaths #practiceandalliscoming #yogi #yogini #yoga #yogaeverydamnday #marchyogachallenge #yogachallenge #yogainspiration https://www.instagram.com/p/B-ABWsblAMt/?igshid=vtj6ugln82ag
