Since I'm gonna be running Frakture surprisingly soon, I figure I should finalize some content (especially so I can put it in front of my players). So here's where I'm starting my victims: The Port Town of Thadaway! Thadaway is a large town sitting atop a large piece of rubble "east" of Somewhere, and acts as a trading hub between the Free Cities (Somewhere and its allies) and several other kingdoms, territories, and tribes. We haven't done session zero yet, but I'll find a reason for them all to be on this rock, and they'll bump into two very special NPC's: Creed and Calipha. I know at least one of them has a Tumblr, so I'm not gonna say too much more, but I'm super excited to get this ball rolling!
So, like, when I do throw a Frakture adventure arc together, I think I might throw a huge undead Rat King at my players? Like, as a boss at the end of one of the adventures. I have so many ideas for this arc, I'm super excited.
The World of Frakture
Millennia ago, a deity of total order and a deity of consuming chaos waged war on a small demiplane. This conflict culminated in an explosion that ripped several universes apart, and when their Positive and Negative Planes coalesced, Frakture was born. A collection of variously sized rubble of various planes, Frakture is a jumble of peoples, cultures, and monsters.
The many pieces of Frakture float, apparently weightless, in the vast, ephemeral expanse between the Positive and Negative Planes. The Astral and Ethereal Planes exist almost as the Feywild and Shadowfell once did in the composite universes: reflections of the mass of Frakture with only slight differences.
Some beings have lashed several pieces together, building larger motes in the emptyness and creating large settlements, such as Somewhere and The Roost. These settlements are hubs of cartography, navigation, and trade, and house representatives of many groups and guilds, most of which are more than willing to outfit and pay adventurers for various trinkets and maps.
While some places have been settled, others still are wild and feral. Chunks of castles, dungeons, and necropolises mingle with shards of Infernal planes and Celestial lands. Wild, untamed jungles mingle with plains of now untended wheat and barley. The expanse of Frakture is nigh infinite, and any combination of terrains is possible.

I suppose I should have one of these? For convenience?
