Some French slang/colloquial language (SKAM France) in context
(fr//en) - *There are other meanings for a lot of these words but I’m just referring to the ones in this context, eg ‘kiffer’ means to really like something but in the context I used it means to have fun.
- “C’est qui ce beau gosse?” // Who is this handsome guy?
beau gosse = attracive (guy)
- “Pourquoi il québlo avec sa guele de con?” // Why is this asshole staring at me
québlo = verlan of bloqué
con = dickhead
- “Vous allez finir comme les boloss dont vous parlez” // You will end up like the lame people that you’re talking about
boloss = loser
- “Mais non, bouffon, je te parle de la beuh” // I was talking about the weed, dumbass
la beuh = weed
bouffon = fool / idiot
- “Au lycée. se retrouver, discuter et kiffer au lycée” // In high school, meet, chat and have fun in high school
kiffer = to have fun
- “C’est pas un chelou d’arriver comme ça?” // Isn’t it a bit weird to arrive like that (to a new school)
chelou = verlan of louche, weird/strange/sketchy
- an extra one ‘cimer’ = verlan of merci and means thanks
