MY OPINIONS ON WHO DIFFERENT DUE SOUTH CHARACTER'S FAVOURITE DOCTOR WOULD BE (with varying amounts of reason):

Fraser: I think he'd like 5, purely because from what little I've seen of Peter Davison's era he seems far too nice for his own good

Ray K: 3. Ages ago for a fic I worked out that age ray would've been when each actor was the doctor to determine that he probably (imo) would've started watching during Jon Pertwee's era. Plus... Vibes

Ray V: idk, RayV doesn't give me quite as big Doctor Who fan vibes as RayK... Probably 8. I think he'd enjoy the TV Movie

Frannie: She seems like more of a NuWho fan to me so.. 10. I think she'd enjoy the vibe his episodes have, plus his companions (she'd probably also think he's cute)

Elaine: no reason really but I think she'd like 4. I can see her as a jellybaby enjoyer

Meg Thatcher: just like RayV I can't really imagine her watching loads of Doctor Who. I think (going completely on vibes for this one) she'd like Sarah Jane as a companion tho so probably 3 or 4

Turnbull: 11

Lieutenant Welsh: a quick Google says his actor was born in September 1944 meaning he was 18 when the first episode of Doctor Who came out, so based on that I'd say the first Doctor. Otherwise... 7 vibes

That's all I can think of rn, feel free to share any more well thought out choices than mine (most of these are vibe based and I haven't actually seen much of the classic era of Doctor Who)
