Does Francis Barton, Clint's son (the one with white hair) from the animated movie, appear in any comics? Or is he only in that movie?
francis was invented for the movie but was brought into 616 (along with the other next avengers) via a future AU transportation in avengers v4 #1, 2, 4, 5, and 6, per the urging of some of the writers' children who liked the movie.

the kids next showed up in avengers world #9, 10, 11 and 14
everyone's style was again nerfed, with francis the biggest victim. what happened to the hair. what happened to the panache.
clint was also in avengers world, but the two never actually crossed paths, nor met, nor was clint aware of francis' existence iirc.
later, he's corrected to blonde instead of brunette but is still missing his superior black and white outfit
then, in secret avengers v2, i think i recall clint and bobbi learning of francis' existence bc the next avengers are used as part of the incentive for those on the secret avengers' roster to join despite the requirement that they have their memories constantly wiped. but the run never actually show the next avengers? or the characters learning of their existence more in depth? or reactions to that? and it's never revisited? ok?
the next avengers also briefly showed up and did nothing of note in generations: iron man & ironheart (a bendis creations cameo)

and they've been forgotten ever since. francis never got to stunt in his superior movie character design in 616. we never saw 616 clint or bobbi meeting francis or knowing specifically about francis.
